Founder, Donray Bennett

Throughout the years, I’ve earned a reputation for being invested in every student and family with whom I've worked. I see them as my own extended family, and I have an obligation to pass on any and all wisdom that I have had the privilege of obtaining in regards to navigating society and its educational system. I am proud of the impact that I have been able to have on at-risk youth and their families; from assisting first-generation students in getting admitted into and graduating college, to helping families find sustainable work and food sources.

It became my goal to find experts in other phases of life that share my passion for their craft and area of focus. Diversity Relations Alliance is comprised of several affiliates that have a message that needs to be heard and shared throughout every community.
