Donray is a seasoned educator that began his career in education as a high school math and science teacher in Honduras, Central America. He has also spent several years as an elementary school principal. The majority of his 14-year professional career has been spent in college prep programming. Currently, Donray is working in admissions administration where his goal is to not only help students get into college, but graduate with minimal debt. Donray is a Graduate of Kutztown University and successfully completed The Executive Principal Leadership Academy at The Ohio State University.

Charmaine has a diverse background across many industries and has a true appreciation for what it takes to be an effective leader.  As a member of the Association for Talent Development and a host of other associations, she keeps current with best practices to lead today’s human resources. Holding graduate degrees in both Management and Business Administration, she uses her expertise to teach courses for Gwynedd Mercy University as an Adjunct Instructor. In addition, she is a certified John C. Maxwell Team member embracing his style of principled leadership.

Scott is a seasoned diversity, equity and inclusion practitioner with a focus on leadership development and organization-wide professional development workshops, and also offers 1-on-1 consulting opportunities. His consulting is designed to meet the needs of your team and can be delivered in-person or via online delivery. Scott obtained a Master's degree in Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and holds an Executive Leadership certificate from the University of Southern California's Race and Equity Center.
Dr. Nicole, the creator of the highly successful SmartStart® College Success program, has spent the past 20+ years developing individualized coaching for students from around the country. She has consulted with school districts in creating college readiness programs for high school students. She works first-hand with high school administrators and has a deep understanding of the high school curriculum and how to translate it to college readiness and admissions. Nicole holds a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Management in Higher Education from Drexel University.

Davon is a community leader for social equality and an activist for felony reform. Since having his own rights restored in 2014, he has continued to work within his community as a youth mentor and guide for ex-felons to reenter society on a path for financial health and restored rights. Davon also lends his expertise to his audience in regards to financial literacy and home equity management. Whether it is helping the youth refrain from activities that will put them in prison, or helping ex-felons maximize their second opportunity at life, Davon serves as a beacon of light for the members of his audience and community.
Creator of the YOUniversal Luv Movement Podcast, Dr. Carl S. Moore is currently the Assistant Chief Academic Officer at the University of the District of Columbia and certificate faculty in Temple University’s Teaching in Higher Education Certificate program. He is also a certified StrengthsFinder Coach and MBTI administrator. Carl frequently serves as a consultant on leadership, assessment, inclusive teaching, and faculty development. Over the course of his career, he has created and instructed a variety of face-to-face, hybrid, and online modes.
